Below are the instructions to enroll your BPI Account with Plentina as a biller. Enrolling your Bank Account will allow you to gain access to our full suite of products on the Plentina app with payments automatically deducted hassle-free!
Before proceeding, please make sure that your bank account is BPI.
- Open the Plentina app and tap on "Me" in the lower right corner. Copy your Customer ID number, as you will need to input it on the form.
- Once you have your Plentina Customer ID number ready, visit https://bpi-ada.com/.
- Under "Categories," select "Loans" and scroll down to find Plentina on the list of merchants.
- You will be presented with the Terms and Conditions. Please review them and scroll down to the end. Once reviewed, tick the box that says, "I agree to the Terms and Conditions of this service."
- You will then be asked to enter your Plentina Customer ID. Input your 12-digit Plentina Customer ID that you copied in step 1.
- After entering your ID, you will be redirected to log in to your BPI Online Account. Enter your BPI Username and Password to proceed.
- Once you have entered your Username and Password, you may need to complete mobile OTP Verification.
- After completing the verification, you will be prompted to select which BPI Account you would like to use for this enrollment. We recommend selecting your Payroll Account and tapping on "Next."
- You will then receive a summary confirming your Successful Enrollment. Congratulations!
